"Staff was amazing, room was very spacious but lacked amenities like blowdryer. Location of the hotel was perfect for everything we wanted to do (we were in the pick up radius for many tours). Would stay there again"

"I enjoyed the convenience to the shops and road to CBD, however, my booking was mixed up , the room I got is not the one I paid for and had to complain and the second day was moved to a better room but sill was not the one I booked and paid for. I tried to explain this to the owners of the place and because was traveling with my wife and a 5 months old daughter we could not cancel the booking."

"The apartment is neat and functional although sparsely furnished. The fact that there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was appreciated. All in all we had a very comfortable stay. The location was less than desirable and we didn't feel save to walk anywhere from the flat. Reception at the apartment block was very poor. The apartment have beautiful views of Table Mountain and Lion's Head but unfortunately also into the neighboring block of flats one floor lower. "

"I has serious problems with the Internet connection for almost three consecutive days. The building needs renovation. It is a nice location with the most breathtaking view to Table Mountain. But a lot of things in the room need to be upgrade."

"Quarto n. 3 é talvez o mais desajeitado da casa. A disposição do mobiliario não ajuda. Falta espaco para as malas e boa circulação. Poderiam rever e melhorar. Banheiro tinha ruido intenso do circulador de ar..enfim, sentimos que fatou manutenção. Esta foi nossa segunda estadia na casa pq gostamos do sistema e do chatme da casa e localização. Local tranquilo e solencioso com vista privilegiafa da montanha. Vale conhecer e voltariamos, se em outro quarto. A casa tem 6."

"The place was dirty, no hot water in the shower. There were too many items in the room that are unnecessary. "

"I loved everything about Four Rosemead. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. I felt totally looked after. Thank you Jade and Four Rosemead!"
