"The stay was fine, the main issue was my key card stopped working on my room door. It worked fine on the outside doors but I had to get new ones. Then it stopped working again the next day on the room. Could have been the card reader on that particular room. Thankfully I didn't stay longer to get another one made."

"It was the perfect location for our quick bike vacation. Great spot in town just blocks from The Hot Tomato and the rec center. Loved the back patio and outdoor space as well. Everything clean and easy to find. "

"We really enjoyed our stay overall and found the place to be comfortable and well-located right by down town fruita. The layout worked well for our family, and the home had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Our main reason for giving four stars instead of five was cleanliness. While the home was generally fine, it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked upon arrival, and a bit more attention to detail in that area would have made a big difference. That said, it didn’t ruin our stay, and we were still able to enjoy our time there.With a deeper clean between guests, this would easily be a five-star place. We would consider staying again and appreciate the overall experience."
