"This Best Wester was beautiful, It had a majestic fireplace and seating area that overlooked the lake. Our spacious room was a lakeside walk-out, with seating on a lighted patio. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were hard working and very friendly. A wonderful experience."

"The breakfast at Americinn in Detroit Lakes is excellent! It includes four hot entrees, in addition to fresh waffles, fruit, breads, and yogurts. Even the 24 hr coffee table is well stocked with green, herbal and black teas and 3 types of coffee. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming too. We required emergency accommodations and this hotel helped us out tremendously with its availability and cost effectiveness."
