Great Place for downtown fun

Well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Location is great for going to greektown (7min walk) or going to the Huntington event center and is really close to the people mover to have access throughout the city.

Great place very near to the heart of downtown Detroit. Plenty of space. Nice and clean. Comfy. Kids can have separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Will be back!

Tigers Weekend

Overall, very happy with our stay here. While the neighborhood itself was a little iffy (had a homeless man on our porch) the location is perfect for walking to Comerica or anywhere downtown. The house has plenty of space (2nd & 3rd floor) and stocked with plenty of snacks and beverages. Ed was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great location to explore the downtown area. River walk and access to the People Mover were excellent. Grocery store nearby. Fun to be in such a historic building. Great seating area looking out to the Ren Cen.

Great Place to stay.

Great location close to all events and venues. We went for NFL draft. Within 4 minute walk to Campus Martius and Hart Plaza and riverfront. 7 TO 8 min walk to Greektown. Felt very safe.
