"Helpful and courteous staff. Very clean and I felt comfortable eating there. Good breakfast options and very good dinner options. Coffee unfortunately was not very good but the very restaurant staff especially Beatrice and Nyash were very helpful. They are doing renovations and the rooms in this stable wing are not easily accessible as you have to walk on the road and through a poorly lit alley to access that wing. Wi-Fi was very good and water pressure in showers was very good."

"I would not recommend staying at the Rainbow Hotel in Victoria Falls. The experience started poorly when I discovered that the toilet in my room was only partially functional. While the staff eventually moved me to another room, they seemed reluctant to do so and acted as though accommodating a legitimate maintenance issue was an inconvenience. The basic amenities were also disappointing. The soap provided appeared to be heavily diluted with water, and the rooms lacked important security...
