"Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....

Including a paragraphs about his plights on maintaining the property with snow storms in the hurricane. When I called him because the directions were unclear he had a bad attitude.I’d strongly recommend shortening the instructions and deleting duplicate information on the 20 page thesis.
