"Proximité du parking"

"Staff was very warm and welcoming. Onsen was beautiful. Great location, close to bike rentals, restaurants and the lift ! Can’t wait to go back !"

"Great rooms and onsen, let down by the front desk We stayed two nights as a family of five in a junior suite. The room was spacious and clean, the grounds are beautiful, and the onsen is excellent. The problem was the front desk. An older male receptionist flatly refused two small, ordinary requests: printing a single document, and a small box of pastries for our early departure that a female colleague had already agreed to prepare. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to help. A shame,...

"I originally booked a no view room but I cancelled it for a lake view room and it was worth it. I also booked it without dinner or breakfast because I was unsure weather my parents would appreciate it, but it was still worth it even without the meals. I originally booked this inn because it offered onsen and a really comfortable transfer from the station to the hotel, saved us the trouble of walking around with the luggage. The view was really beautiful, and the room really clean. I really liked...

"La Vista is an amazing spa hotel, rooms are large and comfortable, we had a large bath and a balcony, the public spa is wonderful, with ice cream, the restaurant is excellent and there are free drinks and Ramen. Wonderful hotel,"

"All the staff were really nice and friendly, but especially the young lady serving us our dinner, as well as, the gentleman (who learnt his English in NZ:)) at at the reception. Lovely views over the lake. We have also enjoyed the dinner served in our room. I would only say that the hotel is quite dated and has musty smell throughout. Still was great to experience traditional Japanese hospitality."

"The battery too small for two people, but comfortable good for one night’s day for a single person"

"Fantastic!"
