"Family-friendly, cozy family getaway. We would absolutely stay again. The only downside is the really fun attractions are only seasonal but we still enjoyed our staff immensely."

"Second time staying at this location and would recommend it. It is a change of Pace for the Wisconsin dells."

"Expedia messed up on our room. Dont book thru a 3rd party. Wanted whirlpool not accessible plus it was our wedding anniversary weekend! Also Expedia failed to add in the parking charge that great wolf charges. Great wolf is cashless and we didnt have money on our cards. Horrible check in due to mainly Expedia. Never again!!!"

"The bedding could be improved, and the bathroom lighting is very dark."

"The room was very dimly lit and a bit outdated but overall it was very clean. The restaurant was super good and the bar had delicious drinks."

"Systems for charging were not available. The lookout bar was ridiculously warm. Staff was nice but not particularly well trained or knowledgeable. All in all, extremely overpriced for the service and accommodations."

"No one let us know that we needed to turn in our parking pass. Even after asking about parking, talking with the valet, and checking in. Ended up paying double in parking fees. There was also a constant ringing in the room."
