"Check in was very easy , room was clean, room bathroom , ac worked great , young man at the front dest was great & great personality!!"

"We did not stay, we checked in and walked to room and then walked back to front desk and left. The room was the most filthy I ever saw and the hallways had so much trash in it as well. I would have slept in the car and very far from that place. I actually feel traumatized to experience it for short time. The lady at the desk said she canceled our reservation. Not sure trying to get my refund. Please avoid this place, very dirty and absolutely scary and felt unsafe walking to room. It was...

"The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and had good a/c. I have stayed at this hotel several times with family and my Lab dog."

"Tienen algunas goteras dentro del edificio."

"Clean room. Some of the staff wasn’t very helpful. We asked for 2 extra pillows for the sofa bed in our room and he said they didn’t have any."

"Easy access from highway, clean and well lit. Rooms are quite large"

"This is our go to hotel in the outer Nashville area! We love it!"

"Ice machine. Nice place"

"Breakfast needs improvement"

We were in the...

"The front desk staff member who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and professional—easily the best service I’ve experienced during my many stays here. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, noise remains a consistent issue for me at this location. Between constant door slamming and heavy footsteps overhead (possibly related to pet-friendly rooms), the sound was so disruptive that I barely slept. Since I’ve encountered this noise across multiple stays—regardless of whether my...
