"Staff was friendly and helpful. There was no soap or shampoo in the room so maybe you have to ask for it. Most places just have it. No coffee maker and the office was closed at like 9:30am still on the day we checked out but sign on the door said they opened at 8am. No breakfast of any sort but it was not advertised, just get used to having at least coffee and a danish for a hotel in this price range. Very friendly staff and the place was clean though. Bed a little lumpy but ok. Outlet on the...

"Clean room and shower and air conditioner was awesome. It's a older hotel that could use some updates and actually in the process of updates."

"Cabin is as advertised and met our needs."

"Very clean and tidy apartment. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Nice security being behind an electric gate, although it is a nice neighborhood. All of the appliances looked new, very clean. A person could easily walk to historic downtown to check out what it has to offer. The Hosts live on the premises, so it is easy to communicate with them. If a person is looking for a single room apartment to use for a bit, I don't think you could find a cleaner and nicer one than this. I will...

"Beautiful house. Exactly as pictured. Walk to the state park"

"This place was absolutely amazing. I was very pleased with everything and accommodation as well as check in. If you had a problem it was easy to contact person. Very much recommend I will be staying here again"

"Loved it "

"A very nice place to stay. Clean and everything in order. The directory and map of Lincolnton was a nice touch. Very helpful. Only one very minor complaint: The blinds in the guest bedroom did not close completely."

"Great location a little dated on the inside. "

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming lake house. The home was large, and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The backyard was PERFECT for small kids (and our dogs) to play! Lots of room to explore safely! The walk to the lake is probably about .6 miles away with a few hills, so keep that in mind. But it is a beautiful walk. I am still wearing my badge of honor scrapped knee lol. Once you get to the lake, the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was so much fun to swim in...

"Nice & quiet "

"We were able to secure this home for the weekend of our family reunion. It was the perfect place for us.The house has many rooms and we were able to have a small gathering for my teenage cousin’s birthday. The young people had room to play games and the older people had room to sit, talk, watch TV, or just talk. The large outside area is great to play games, throw the football, or fire up the grill. We had our reunion at the park which, by the way, is in walking distance of the house .The...
