"We have stayed at Latour hotel several times and have always had a fantastic time 😀"

"Perfect for family"

"The room especially the bed was very dirty. There was nobody at reception whenever we came in, and if we needed something it was usually a 20 minute or longer wait. We ended up running around the building to find the reception staff."

"Decent budget hotel, very good price and close to city centre. Room has a bit of smell due to no ventilation (no window), but acceptable"

"Nice welcome easy check-in - clean room - nice bar good service good atmosphere"

"Convenient, but a bit noisy and very basic."

"Breakfast was nice parking was good staff was excellent only one thing I did not like was the sofa bed with spring mattress it was hurting my back."

"Nice place to take the kids"

"The location of the hotel was spot on for what we needed. The room wasn’t particularly clean and there was lots of marks on the walls and furniture. Could see the mattress - no sheet over it. Bathroom had mould on shower taps. Not enough towels or toilet roll provided for two night stay. Car park on-site fine. Didn’t have breakfast. Staff couldn’t find our booking to provide a second key. Was alarmed they didn’t ask my partner for any proof of identity or booking number given the room was booked...

"No fridge. No anything in the room. Small gym."
