"This hotel looks amazing from the pictures but the stay is quite different. The property is quite old, and the rooms are an anex part of the property- not in the actual castle itself. Clean enough, staff was very friendly but a bit deceiving from what is shown here. Updates beyond needed"

"I pre-paid for my 2-night stay when I made the reservation, but Moxy chose to charge me again the morning I checked out. I didn't know about being double-charged until I got back home to the states. Currently working with Expedia to resolve the 2nd charge. This has never happened to me before, but it's alarming to see some other reviews indicating Moxy Edinburgh Airport Hotel did the same thing to other customers."

"We had a great stay. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed our time there. Would happily stay again!"

"It was good family room for one night stay. It is just a little far from Edinburgh city - we had a Rental car so it was fine."

"Great, if you just need a decent place to sleep for a night. Parking right outside our window."

"Everything was very clean and tidy . Breakfast was very good and substantial."

"It is a cosy but dated establishment with its quirks and you don’t expect everything to be perfect. However, I think it’s time to do some updating to bring it back to its former glory. The food was good and catered well to our children. The swimming pool changing rooms were disgusting and the whole fitness facility needs a good clean. We enjoyed our stay but probably won’t go back."

"Clean property, helpful staff, convenient location and good prices. Would recommend!"

"Property itself is decent and the location works well if you’re driving. However, the staff attitude and housekeeping standards were disappointing for a Premier Inn. I stayed for 3 nights with my family and the room was never properly cleaned once. I requested housekeeping twice — each time they came and simply remade the bed with the same used sheets and left the same used towels. No linen change, no fresh towels, nothing replaced. For a family stay this is completely unacceptable. Staff were...

"When we were checking in, there was an awkward moment where there was a manager speaking harshly to a staff member. It was uncomfortable and should have been done elsewhere. However, the young woman at the desk was so professional in handling it and she made it all disappear with the quick flick of a door. She was amazing at how she addressed it without a fuss. And whoever she is, she arranged for us to get a car in the morning. She was so professional and lovely. The restaurant and the food was...

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. The restaurant...

"Plenty parking, rooom good with the puroses of an overnight stay for one person. Small and ample. Friendly reception staff at check in."

"Value for money"

"يومين للراحة"

"The hotel is clean, the staff are pleasant. If you are expecting luxury then book somewhere else. This was a business trip and I wanted to see what the hotel was like and I was impressed."
