"It was terrible the reception was very abusive and right from the moment we checked in and the rooms were disgusting and for all of that they had the cheek to charge £110 per night. "Our room was opposite the lift and having arrived late, we were then woken very early (6.10am) by the ding dong sound of the lift as well as the sounds of people talking. The sound insulation along the corridors is awful. The staff kindly moved us to a different room, which helped with the lift sound but not the talking of other residents which started at 7.30am on a Sunday. Due to all the tiled floors sound seemed to reverberate around the hotel. The hotel seems to be going under renovation so...

"Staff great helpful,room big enough bed bit uncomfy but for cost of it then I shouldn’t complain really ..everything was ok except not being able to get a drink as it only serves non alcoholic beverages lol but there’s a M&S garage just 5 mins down the road .overall experience was ok and I would recommend going as it was a bargain for the price "
