"Self contained cabin 2 small rooms. Toilet is separate from shower vanity. Only 2 TV channels no wifi at all. Phone had 4G which could not be shared with TV/ staff came to help but also couldn’t connect. I know you don’t go to Cradle to stream or watch TV but after a full day of walk it’s nice to watch something to relax. Cabin had 3 heaters all were needed (September Snow). Aircon was at 30 and hardly any warm. Best heater was the one on wheels."

"I loved the location of the property! Cabins a little outdated, very creaky floorboards but a minor thing compared to our stay. Loved the privacy and how peaceful it was."

"Convenient location. Lovely warm wood fireplace."

"Loved the peace and serenity. Alex at reception was wonderful."

"The property was a beautiful old home home converted to a hotel and really well done, maintaining the original character. The (young) staff were eager to please, the chef was amazing and the meal was excellent. Charlottes is an excellent restaurant, a cut above any other in Strahan. Fine dining. Organisation of the business side could have been better, but didn't detract from the experience."

"Large park . Our cabin was old . Very expensive for 2 people . Bed Was comfortable. HOT showers . 👌. Cooking appliances 👍👍.Easy parking . The bunk bed area of our cabin smelt musty and damp. Bottle shop next to reception . Great cafe also next to reception . Walking distance to dock for the Gordon river cruise . Convenient . ."

"Fabulous place to stay. Bed was comfortable and motel was quiet. It was the only hotel we stayed at during our holiday where I slept soundly."

"The staff are kind, welcoming and everything you'd hope for when travelling to such a destination. I came here for a recharge, and achieved it Leah, and team were exceptional, I hope your next adventures are as good as mine."

"Very basic accommodation. The curtains need a clean as the room although clean had a dusty smell and set off my dust allergy. Staff are super helpful and very friendly. It is Queenstown and this is probably the best in town."

"Lovely quiet location!"

"Was hard to get the room really warm. On entering you smell a horrible cheap air freshener. Neighbours were noisy, barking dog and idling cars in the morning."

"Good location and facilities."

"Very nice, quaint, clean and new feeling. Bathroom was excellent, only thing I would recommend is more wall hooks. Very good night sleep."
