"The hotel needed repairs, leaking windows in room. We asked staff for extra pillows and the ones in the room were very small, we were told no. Staff was not friendly at check in and we were ignored when w walked in. Whirlpool jet were not working so unable to use. Pool and whirlpool need to be refinished."

The motel was newly remodeled and very nice. Excellent beds! Nice area with a fridge/freezer, microwave and Keurig. We loved our stay here and have already recommended it to others."

"Stayed in this cabin for three nights with my 12 year old dog for a little R & R. I can't say enough great things about this cabin. It was super cute, clean with everything I needed. The wooded area on Hayward Lake felt very private even though it was close to town. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Walking/biking path ran along the edge of the property. Bed was very comfortable. Heat and ac in the cabin with easy to use instructions. Check in and out process was easy. Great...

"The pictures are very accurate of what the cabin looks like. The lake view is amazing! Visiting in October, it was nice and quiet even with most of the other cabins booked. Matt was very communicative before, during if needed, and after stay."

"We liked the property and the cabin was fine. Management was not available and there was no communication. The grounds were in need of up keep. The weather was tremendous. All in all we had a good stay because we are simple folks that know how to enjoy ourselves."

"We were provided zero communication with the check in process until we reached out, still had to clarify which cabin we were in. Owners were kind enough to allow us to check in early to attend family functions. TV did not work, was not provided wash cloths, no oven mitts provided, and cobwebs galore over the entire walls. Warm water in the shower ran out after 10 mins. Appreciate providing a coffee maker, utensils, plates, and working appliances, a/c, heat, bedding, pillows, and decent space."

"This property was great and clean. They had everything for a great stay. Outdoor games, plenty of firewood, chairs, and a nice firepit. The house was great for the 3 of us. Furniture and beds were comfy.Bathroom well stocked and clean. The screen house was by far the best. Very open and protected from the elements. Hosts were great to communicate with.Thank you for a great stay!"
