"Great spot to stop on the Newell highway would stay again"

"We booked the room with Expedia, Upon arrival, the office person asked for payment for room, I told her that we paid for the room through Expedia. Then she changed to saying that she needs another $46 for pets but on the Hotel page it states clearly that pets stay free. Anyway after a long tiring drive, we gave her the money and went to our room. The room is very basic entry level room. There are signs everywhere such as turn off the lights, don't let the dogs on the bed, don't run water...

"We stayed in the old school house, it was so beautiful the artistic touches gave the whole place a fairytale feel. The staff were really friendly & helpful. We will definetly be going back in the future"

"Interesting location with bar / restuaurant etc all adjacent - hotel was very clean, and although we had hoped for a mini fridge / microwave in room, the communal kitchen was good enough."

The animals on the farm are the most beautiful creatures you will meet. The hosts are amazing- we had a great experience with Debbie and every conversation felt like we were talking to a family member. Will definitely recommend and revisit for sure! Thanks Debbie! And we will exchange notes on Dutton ranch the next time...
