"Place was very quiet and safe. Room was very clean but very musty. There was nothing for breakfast the 3 days we were there except a couple of slices of bread, 2 yogurts and waffles."

"The property was dirty and needed updated. The rooms were dusty and and had cob webs. No breakfast was available when the website said they did. I would not recommend this place."

"A great place to stay. Breakfast, drink cooler etc all well done and well placed in the building. Plenty of parking close to the building. The staff was very polite and handled check in / out perfectly."

"Bathroom toilet leaked. Desk clerk hesitant to give us a new room. Second room floor needed vacuumed."

"Everything worked. The gentleman that works there is amazing. Very nice and friendly"

"A couple things that need to be addressed. There was food and drink from previous guest that left in the fridge. There was nothing left when we came down at 8:30am for breakfast despite breakfast opening 6a-9a."

"Nice for what it was."

"This B&B is an historic mansion, in immaculate condition. The building is gorgeous with lovely wood everywhere, period furnishings, and ornate Persian rugs in every room. Our room was comfortable, super clean, and quiet. There is even a billiard and darts room with complementary snacks and beer on tap! This is a wonderful place to spend a night or two. There is no one on duty to check you in. You let yourself into the mansion and your room with passcodes supplied on the day of your arrival....

"Limited parking.... may have to park on the grass. The room was very clean and had some neat antiques in it. No coffee in room but can get in the hallway. The price does not include breakfast but it is available for additional cost. Host is fast to respond."

"I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk."

"Be sure to ask to see some of the beautiful antique lamps that are on the property. Wonderful surroundings of fields and trees made for a restful, quiet stay. Our breakfast, our first day, led to a conversation from Timothy about dairy farming. We had no idea there was so much involved. We were glad to have found this place that was a comfortable alternative to the name brand hotels in Jamestown."

"Travel to this location was challenging at night. The house itself is very rustic with steep stairs up to the upstairs bedrooms that could be challenging for seniors. The top of the stairs is a safety issue. The cleaning was adequate. The farm abimals nearby were fun to watch."

"Beautiful property"

"The place is great, also the host is a great person thanks again for your hospitality"

"This is a clean old-fashioned two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a back porch which is shared by several other units. I didn't see anyone else so they may not be occupied. There are businesses on the street level and apartments above. The building is quite old which shows in the woodwork and windows. There are air-conditioners and fans for comfort but I didn't need them. There is a large old fashioned stove in the living room at the front of the unit but I did not see anything else so...
