"1、月日の経ってる高級ホテルで、建物自体古さを感じるのは仕方ないが、客室の電球切れは少し残念に思いました。
2、王様のビュッフェを1番楽しみにしてましたが、期待度が高すぎて少しギャップを感じました。特に天ぷらは2品しかなくもっと種類が欲しかったです。
子供向けの食事も有れば嬉しかってです。
3、館内は基本浴衣、スリッパ での移動はNG（チェックイン時に説明あり）でしたが、客室から浴場までの直通エレベーターがあり、そちらからの浴衣移動は可でした。（事前に説明なし。私服で浴場へ行き脱衣所で他のお客様が浴衣だったので後にわかりました）
その事は案内用紙に小さく書かれていたので気がつきません。
その他は大変満足できました。"
