"Very central, lots of food! Staff friendly and helpful."

"It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it. It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and above all, really friendly and helpful staff. You always have a friendly smiling face greeting whenever you pass through reception. Many thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended"

"Most hotels I’ve used in Sweden offer free coffee, this one does not. Also note even though has a huge tv in the room, this is of little use unless you use YouTube or have a Swedish Netflix account as there are no std channels to watch it’s all via streaming."

"A very convenient place to access from everywhere."

"Mycket centralt . otroligt lugnt, fint och praktiskt garage. bra mat!"

"Trevlig personal."

"Bra! Valde Elite i Umeå för att det liknade ett prinsesslott. Reste med mitt barnbarn som älskar prinsessor. Fin upplevelse."

"Centralt i Umeå. Frukosten lämnade mer att önska och sovrummet var för litet. Helhetsbetyg: medel"

"Good stay with friendly staff"

"Very hot room and no AC. Not very comfortable beds and pillows. Gym is very good for a hotel gym. The relax (jacuzzi) was closed at the time of my visit."

"Very well maintained property and great value for the price of the room. The only issue was the limited opening hours of the reception desk. There was no front desk staff available after 4 pm."

"Frukosten var mycket mycket bra"

"Rent rom"

"Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Lite smulor kvar på borden och golvet när när vi åt frukost men det kan ju bero på att personalen inte hann med. Vi är i det stora väldigt nöjda med vistelsen på hotellet."
