"Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame. Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink. Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay"

"The location was ideal. It's in the city centre and walkable distance to everything. I paid for the room with a balcony (said it in the title add) but they gave me a room without one. The room was clean but there was a dirty white shirt on the bathroom floor obviously from a previous customer. So, the bathroom cleaning could be improved."

"This hotel pretty kind, simple, charming and well according the prices. People are friendly and responsible. I like the location of this hotel because it's not too close to the beach. It's located between the wood and residential zone. However, everyday bus delivered guests of our hotel to the beach at 10.30 and return them back at 15.00 for free. "It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room.
