"El trato del personal deja mucho que desear no existe alguna atención o saludo de por medio cuando te ven , otra de las cosas es que a tu llegada no te dicen nada acerca del frigobar y que todo lo que agarres tiene costo y te lo cobran al momento del chek out"

"The site and views are amazing! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food is wonderful! Would certainly stay again!!"

"Hotel ótimo, confortável. Café da manhã variado e gostoso"

"Excelentes vistas, buena comida y atención del personal"

"If you want to sleep in peace , do not choose this hotel ! This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in . The entrance needs the key card which makes a loud BEEP and works as a wake up call in the morning and late at night ! Windows are not sound proof and the noise of cars doesn’t let you sleep. When other guests walk in upper floors or hallways you can’t sleep ! And more interesting is something in the room that beeps every now and then ( I think it’s the fire detection system )...

"Muy amables y el hotel muy lindo"

"Hotel maravilhoso. Apenas foram muito rígidos sobre o check-out (nao permitiram nem 1 hora de late checkout). Em geral, tudo maravilhoso."

"The lady in the hotel was a very helpful and resourceful."

"Quarto limpo e boa localização"

"Excellent customer care."

"The room was spacious and clean. It was a decent room for a short stay. The staff was welcoming. Arrived before the check in time but they had lockers available to rent for our bags."

"Clean quiet hotel with very friendly staff"

"Bien, solo la limpieza no era lo deseable"

"Very comfortable stay. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Located one block away from the Main Street which made it quieter. Small gym and sizeable pool. The nearby museum (3 in 1) is interesting. Comfy dining area. Rental shop across the street. Hotel arranged several shuttle buses for us."
