He had his room key with him. The door is locked on e you are outside and couldn’t be opened with a toom key. He called me and i had to go down and open the...

"Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay."
