"Right in the middle of town, you can see the snowy mountains from the window, clean, efficient, walk to the entire old town, friendly and apart from the fact that the room was tiny but this is typical of europe, not much to complain about."

The location is another major advantage—perfectly situated near the train station and within walking distance of the old town. "Very clean room - full credit to the housekeeping team. Close to tram station - only a few steps. Very good breakfast too. Would be better if there were options for those who do not eat pork. Overall, 5* quality. "

"Very clean bed/bathroom. It was cold outside but the room was nice and cozy. Pillows were a bit soft and flat, But the reception quickly sorted that out and delivered more to our door. Larger than normal fridge, which was a plus."

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "
