"The location is great. The staff was very helpful and recommended a nice dinner restaurant. The property is old - we found the bathroom particularly problematic as the shower was very difficult to get out of and very narrow. There are also lots of stairs and the elevator does not reach all floors. The staff offered to help but you still have to navigate all the stairs for getting to breakfast."

"I loved that the hotel was a one stop shop. From the restaurant and cafe to the gym to the roof top with food options and the pool. It even has a laundry and spaces to work. It is a little learning curve getting around the hotel, but once you get used to it it’s pretty simple. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was our room and certain spaces had a weird cat smell. We realized it wasn’t just in our room and it only seemed to happen in the bathroom and the water was turned on. Outside of...

"Everything is great."

"The Bernini Palace is beautiful and near everything. Our only disappointment is the small room and looking at another building out our window. Staff is great. Breakfast delicious!"

"Everything was great, staff were helpful. A couple comments I do have are: One of the staff let themselves into our room in the morning while I was still sleeping then saw me and said “sorry” and turned around and walked out. Weird. Also the room had a lot of thick cob webs and didn’t seem that they dust the room. Other than that, it was a very nice room and clean comfortable beds. Handicap accessible room needs some type of shower curtain to contain the water or the whole bathroom becomes a...

"The property was very clean and there was so much to do without even leaving it. We stayed there for a few nights only"

"The property was magnificent - much nicer than what was depicted in the web photos. The staff was exceptional ... whether it was the administrative staff, the servers, or the cleaning staff, all realized that they were there to service their guests and they provided quality services consistently during our stay. The breakfast was exceptional. A very pleased guest!"

"Ottima struttura di fronte al mare con accesso immediato e spiaggia privata Personale molto gentile La spa e spettacolare con benefici sull corpo grazie al Aqua salata calda alla temperatura giusta Unica pecca che ho trovato la camera Sapeva da vecchio ci sarebbe da spendere anche qualche euro per rinnovare piccole cose anche tipo il porta bicchieri"

"Laundry was very important while traveling. Room was clean, hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. The staff was the best part, the hotel had kind and helpful persons at all points of contact. Front desk was staffed with kind and welcoming people. The pool bar we encountered 2 different people during our 3 day stay. Both were exceptional. Daniel and a woman whose name I don't recall but started with a V. are the kind of employees who reflect very well on your facility and I hope they...

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

"Beautiful property. The restaurant and breakfast are great. Rooms are cozy and quaint. To consider there shuttle is only to get you to the bridge and walk or cab from there to wherever you’re going. It’s the distance from places such as stores restaurants be prepared for any extra needs of expenses such as bottled water or snacks. Make sure the wine card you prepay for self serve you return for credit it’s $10 a glass and it’s about three sips. But beautiful place and great for quiet and...

"Everything was good for room , staff , breakfast and location."

"Stayed here for 5 nights. Everything here was very nice. Our maid was very sweet and spoke rapidly to us in Italian thinking that we understood every word 😂. The main reason I rated this 4 and not 5 stars was that the breakfast buffet never changed. It was good…but got boring."

"Excellent location, beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms - excellent staff and the rooftop has stunning views. Highly recommended."

"Lovely spot right in the heart of Florence! A brisk 15 min walk from the train station but truly worth it! Breakfast was awesome and so were the lovely staff in the restaurant and reception!"

"Wonderful stay at the Minerva hotel. Perfect location for exploring around the city, and of course you can’t beat the view from the rooftop pool."

"Would stay there again."
