"Ein nettes kleines Häuschen auf der unterhalb von Trosa liegenden Insel Öbolandet. Das Haus liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel, den man über eine Treppe erreicht. Die Gegend ist geprägt von viel Grün und zahlreichen anderen Ferienhäusern. Zum Baden hat man es nicht weit - entweder findet man den Weg zu einem kleinen Badesteg an ruhiges Gewässer oder es geht zum Campingplatz. Die Natur, der Ausblick, aber vor allem die RUHE sind überwältigend... jeden Tag konnte man die Tiere beobachten (Buntspecht, Eichhörnchen und viel Vögel).
