"Quaint English style Inn in beautiful Southern Humboldt. The best thing about this place is the bar/restaurant. We had dinner there each of the 3 nights we were there. Service and food were excellent. The room was unique with heavy scent of smoke from the wood burning fireplace (which we did not use). "

"If you need an inexpensive place to sleep, this place is awesome! No frills, but the property is cheap and safe. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, the local store, gas station, etc. AC, heat and shower work great. Especially a great place for fishermen in the winter who fish all day and then need a safe, clean, inexpensive place to sleep. Good parking for trucks with Driftboats as well. "

This beautiful property is a touch of heaven if you are looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful environment and want to get away from it all for a while. The hosts are very nice and helpful and the tent and facilities are great. We only stayed one night but plan on definitely going back for a longer visit."

"The property has the potential to be a very nice older house. Outside is in disrepair. Pool is terrible, bbq have mold and mildew, inside was ok except for the kitchen where countertops, oven and small appliances were dirty. Trash was left in both the trash and recycle which stunk. There was exposed wires in the ceiling at the dining room light which probably isn’t safe and not to code. I was allowed to check in early which I did by 1/2 hour at 3:30 with checkin being later than any hotel...

"I loved this property! I loved the,"night sounds." I loved the front large porch with tables and chairs. We spent most of our time there. The movie selection was right up my alley with old-timey movies like North to Northwest, Young Frankinstien and M for murder. We spent all day at the pool on Sunday. The host was very kind. I thought I would have to cancel my trip as we had family in NC during Helene. She was very empathetic. The neighbors were amazing. My only complaint was the pricing. I...

"The host was accommodating however the room smelled and the french doors were glass where anyone could break into the room easy. We also had spiders in our bed. I think for the cleaning fee, the cleaners should do a better job. I wouldn't stay here again. "
