"This property was just beautiful! It was very clean and bright. It was homey. The beds and living room furniture were so very comfortable. The view of the park and river across the street was beautiful. We were in walking distance to food and drinks. Just minutes from the highway. Our host was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with. Always responsive. It was so easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this place. The pictures posted were true to form."

"48 State St is an older house being renovated. It was originally a carriage which , around 1920, or so, was rotated 90 degree and made into 4 apartments.Apartment 48 is nicely renovated with window air conditioners and newappliances . It sits on a hill overlooking the Oswego river. The view and breezes are great.Yachts often park below the house, near the old bridge house.. Although only 1/2block from downtown, not much is there, a couple of bakeries and one or twobar/grills. There is a...

"Had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood. Pictures are very accurate. Loved having a campfire almost every night next to the river. Places are close if you wanted to go out to eat."

"We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The home has a peaceful, quaint charm, and the waterfront view was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The property is older and could use a few finishing touches, but it was clear that improvements are being made. Those small details did not take away from our overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting the owner, Bobby. He was incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and...

"House had modern furnishings. It was clean and I liked that there was extra bedding and towels."

"The bathroom products are behind the mirror. Everything was great."

"Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice, but our door had to be slammed to click shut properly. Over all we had a great stay."

"No coffee maker on the rooms. Important to some people."

"Very close and convenient to Upstate University Hospital."

"The bathroom in our room was so gross. The floor was sticky and it smelled strongly of urine. We were only in town for one night, after an event until the next morning so didn’t bother asking for it to be re-cleaned. We were there with a group so used another family’s bathroom instead of the one in our room."

"Our room was very clean and meet. The hotel was quiet. We got a lot of rest even though it wasn’t much because we had to get up early for a 7 AM flight."
