"All the HVACS need to be serviced. They need to strip the hotel of any/all carpet, curtains, sheets, pillows & pillow cases, shower curtains and towels. Perhaps change any/all air filters to get fresh air and circulate it opposed to the stale stench of last weeks jail releases."

We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come.
