The table was awkward to access and only had the one bench, no chairs for the opposite side. We only slept there because we were busy with our grandson's baseball tournament. "Very secluded location yet close enough to town to get some takeout and bring it home still warm. Not sure why there isn’t enough hand soap it was watered downed like they were trying to save on having to buy another one. No soap or shampoo in the shower, this should be shared in things to bring with you. I know these may sound like very little things but for $500 a night very simple things to provide."

"This was the PERFECT location for our team for Cooperstown Dreams Park! There is ample space for everyone and more than enough to do on the property. Everyone from the elementary school kids, to the teenagers to the grandparents enjoyed every aspect of this house. "Beautiful home nestled in a quiet rural area less than 10 minutes to downtown Cooperstown. Less than a mile walk to Fly Creek Cider Mill (shop visit is a must!). House is large and very comfortable, as pictured in the photos. The area and roads were safe to walk your furry friend! Host communications were great and they left a goodie basket we enjoyed. "This property is tucked away on a quiet street with a beautiful sounding stream that runs through the backyard. Our family of four had plenty of room. The only downside was hearing the noise from the upstairs tenant during the night. We solved this with a simple sound machine app that we would use at bedtime and then we were fine.
