"The pool and hot tub were down which ruined our experience. the teenagers running the hotel gave us a free cookie and said we had to speak to the manager about compensation with the pool being down but the manager was no where to be found and still has not contacted me about this. we checked out a day early as the this experience was awful. every time i reached out to the hotel they either did not respond or told me i had to speak to the manager. i even tried to reach out through expedia for...
