"This is a very nice property with more positives than negatives.I'll put the negatives first: No curtains on windows other than in the bedrooms/bathroom. This one seems kind of odd, but there is no way to cover the windows in the kitchen, dining room, or living room (which faces the lake). "We enjoyed our time on the lake at Ron and Sandy’s. They were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect with great swimming and on a quiet area of the lake. The camp was well stocked and comfortable. The kids are asking already to go back next summer."

"The room was nice and the bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. Thw water pressure in the shower was really good! The only issue we had is that there were a bunch of teenagers in the room next to ours and they kept banging on the wall and making noise, I knocked on the wall and they finally stopped. We would have called the front desk if they didn't stop. The walls are a little too thin for us."

"This property was good for a quick, fairly cheap, overnight stay. The floors were a bit gritty, but the beds and bathroom were clean, WiFi was strong, and though we didn’t go in it, the pool seemed to be well maintained. Restaurant across the street only open for breakfast and lunch, so for food and petrol, you need to drive 3 or so km. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with fresh made waffles (they give you batter and you cook fresh with a waffle iron) and the coffee was decent."

"The room is stunning and picture perfect. We used it to get ready for our wedding and then to spend our wedding night. The AC is not working in The Vault room. I tried to call the phone numbers at 9:20pm after we arrived because we noticed the remote for it was missing- neither were working (the after hours phone number just played the off the hook sound). I also sent them a message through Expedia which went unanswered. The following day I called again and this time spoke to someone. She said...

"Close to the highway, quick check in. Rooms were not very clean and sheets were stained with black flecks. Fine for a quick overnight but likely would go elsewhere for a bit more."

"Really cute place to stay. We stayed in the lower unit in the carriage house. It’s in an historic building and there are compromises. There’s no sound insulation with the upper unit. However it was very charming and the price was great. The owner was friendly and helpful."
