Hotel with a Concierge in Tissamaharama from SAR 213

"We enjoyed our stay, the staff is really nice and helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. "

"Our rooms were disgusting, so much so that we ended up not paying. There was a new manager one week into his job, he was very apologetic but could do nothing about the multiple issues. The room was full of insects, furniture falling apart, we had a lamp with no electric cable attached, it looked like the rooms had been added to the building at a later date and work was still going on. The stairs up had electric wires hanging out and dangerous drops where railings should be protected by nailed on...

"Great location snd views. Food was below par, spa was expensive and uninviting. Staff AMAZING :)"

"Toilet Malfunctions – The toilets in the room were not functioning properly. They were not flushing or refilling, causing significant inconvenience. No Room Change Offered – Despite reporting the issue, the hotel did not offer an alternative room or any assistance to resolve the matter. Language Barrier – None of the staff members were able to communicate in English, making it very difficult to get help or explanations. No Buffet Service – The hotel failed to open the buffet as expected, with no...

"Everything was simply wonderful. The warmth of the personnel, the bar service, the pool, the comfort of the bedrooms, the size of the bathroom, the location was also good and very convenient for the safaris."

"The manager and staff were super nice which is really what made our stay. They went over and beyond to make us comfortable. The facilities are average but some of it does need an update as the A/C units are really loud and the curtains aren't in great condition. Also the Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms and so to use Wi-Fi you need to go to the common area which in the evenings gets a TON of mosquitoes so that wasn't idea. But the pool was nice and landscaping was well-maintained. "

"Serene and peaceful. Exceptional service. "
