We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Tirana and the service truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were exceptional ā we were kindly allowed an early check-in, and as I was travelling with my niece, she received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely and unexpected touch.
