"4 star aesthetic with a 2 star delivery. This place is a disaster. We arrived and the reception office was closed. At 6pm. We get to the room and the AC doesn’t work. They send over an engineer who attempts to fix it and the repair lasts 15 minutes. There is not a single operable window in the entire suite so it was 80 degrees all night. "Most of the staff were good; the hotel needs some maintenance."

"It was an ok room. Definitely a lot smaller than I thought. You couldn't really turn around in the shower. There was only one cup for coffee. There also wasn't any plastic spoons to stir your coffee."

"My husband and I spent two nights during the off season (late September) and everything was perfect. "Everything was fantastic. Room, friendly staff, free laundry, hot tub, free beverages, beautiful common areas. Can’t beat the convenient location: steps from Taos Art Museum, Michael’s, Taos Plaza, and a four-minute drive to the Pueblo."

"Nicolas and Anna were great hosts. Nicolas is a trained chef so the breakfasts were fantastic. Hot tub is great. Nice location to look out at mountains. Very quiet. Strong recommendation!!"
