"I expected much better service from a Hilton property. After checking in, I was told my luggage would be delivered to my room shortly. Instead, I had to wait 8 hours before my bags finally arrived. This was completely unacceptable and caused a great deal of inconvenience, especially after a long journey. Despite contacting the front desk multiple times, the response was slow and there was no sense of urgency or proper follow-up. This experience fell far below the standards I expect from Hilton...

"One of the best hotels in tangier, friendly and kind staff and I will book this hotel again"

"The staff at this Fairmont were all so friendly and accommodating. Overall the property is beautiful but the hallways and rooms were not as clean as I would expect for a Fairmont. But the service and food quality outweighed any concerns about cleanliness."

"Property was absolutely beautiful. The only things I didn't like is there are no tvs in the room, which would be nice at night to unwind. Smart tvs are inexpensive these days that way the customers can stream, regardless of nationality or language. The other thing is the shower had no curtain and the pan filled with water which is actually disgusting and unsanitary. I hope this is resolved because the owners were incredible people."

"A Perfect 10/10 Stay. Wow. We stayed 5 nights at L'Adresse Boutique Hotel & Spa. This hotel is new and all the staff are excellent, very professional and friendly, definitely the most welcoming service we have ever received in any hotel we have stayed in. Location is great with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our deluxe room was modern and clean with a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was very modern with a rainfall shower. Lovely restaurant on site and the breakfast was...
