"Nice hotel country location plenty of facilities. Would stay again."

"Good afternoon , Well it is for me now I’m home ! I cannot believe the complete disruption caused and the uncaring receptionists you have at your hotel ! Where to start! The dogs in the carpark yapped and barked all night which I reported early Fri eve it started early and continues. I had to close the windows making a vert warm room so I went to put on my fan for it to be broken. I asked reception for another to be told it would be done while I was out for dinner. On return no it...

"Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing parking was right next to our lodge and fishing pitches. Well stocked pool with beautiful carp and other fish the balcony on the the lake was absolutely amazing especially at night with lights pointing in to the lake and if you're anything like me and my partner then I recommend getting the fish food from reception for night time feeding of the fish off your balcony, wow just wow 😍 amazing stay amazing staff and cant wait to come back again xxx"

"Clean room Good breakfast Pleasant helpful staff Could do with more lifts"

"Staff were really helpful to me - wifi was not that strong in my room so they moved me rooms with no fuss - around the hotel staff were really friendly. Gym and pool good was happy for a solo business trip and room was clean!"

"Great Location"

"NO fridge and air conditioning did not work properly Tv was not placed well for viewing"

"Beautiful!"

"There was mix up between our confirmed room type that we had booked and paid for on Expedia (Executive room) compared to what Expedia had sent to the hotel for our booking (Standard room). As a result, the first room we were given keys to was definitely a step down from what we had expected and, honestly, wasn't in the best of shape. Chips on furniture, paint missing etc. (see photos). It also didn't feel the cleanest. The hallway carpets on the way there also seemed worn and in need of a...

"The breakfast was very poor. We got down for breakfast around 9am and there was nothing useful left to eat. We raised this with the staff and they confirmed, despite a cold breakfast offering, they ran out of pastries. Only 1 pot of yoghurt was left for a family of 3, handful of slices of bread, we had to request hot water for Tea (can’t be that cold of a breakfast!), the juice ran out and only 1 apple was left. It was really dire. The reception staff are in a room behind the front desk, you...

"The Grand is an elegant, gracious hotel filled with old world charm. The grand staircases and giant chandeliers harken back to the hotel's hey day a hundred years ago. The Grand has continued to maintain its grand and luxurious style today and i2 a joy to visit. The rooms were roomy and clean. There is a small fridge. The bathroom was spacious and there was room to put your things around the sink. The shower worked well. The room was supplied with tea and coffee bags and a kettle, but no...

"Really nice stay and very helpful staff"

"Camera spaziosa e posizionata nel centro di Leicester, distante poco meno di 10' a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Potrei dire anche abbastanza pulita se non fossero stati trovati purtroppo peli nella doccia appena arrivati. Personale non pervenuto: presente nella hall, ma senza dare alcuna informazione sulla prenotazione. Comunicazioni e check in con il sito web dell'albergo perfette."

"The rooms were spacious, quiet - the housekeeping did a fantastic job Iustina and George at the restaurant/bar very helpful centrally located super close to the train station. It’s a shame the restaurant closes the kitchen at 9 but other than that all was great !"

"Very friendly staff as always"
