"While we only stayed overnight in Zurich, the hotel Ruby was an excellent choice. The location is steps from the train station and close to all must see downtown walking tour locations. Check-in was so easy and staff in reception were very friendly and accommodating. The room and on-site amenities were nicely appointed, high tech and eco friendly. It's cool having a Marshall amp in your room in you want to have a quick shed! Thank you for making our stay in Zurich a pleasant one. We wouldn't...

"Convenient for airport. Tram stop right outside the door and only 2 stops. Breakfast good. Staff could have been more helpful. Very basic accomodation"

"Breakfast was very limited, few options only. Room clean but very basic. For the paid price it would be better. Poor sound isolation."

"Great"

"Peaceful location with a comfy bed. Nice cool room"

"We loved everything about our stay, start from check in till check out. Postbus 101 from interlaken west station straight drops & picks you to & from the door step of the hotel. Staff Melisa was great who checked us in and did the best she could to make our stay comfortable. Thank you! Cruz, helped me to get into the GYM early and made sure I get my gym access early mornings before the gym opening hours. Thank you! BF area is wide with lovely view, reasonable BF choices. Everything about...

"Not what I was expecting Nice location though"

"Probably I would do it again"

"The room was a small cell! The hair dryer was a toy. The mini refrigerator was on an angle since the cord couldn’t reach the wall otherwise. But the biggest issue was the A/C didn’t work and the room was uncomfortably hot— and although the window opened it was really really noisy outside late into the night."

"Hotel provides no housekeeping services. If you want new towels, you need to bring your old ones to the front desk for an exchange. Breakfast buffet is ok."
