"We booked this hotel for its location and loved how the rooms looked online, but the reality was even better! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with spacious rooms and clean rooms & bathroom. The restaurant is a 10/10 for food and service, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! ❤️"

"Staff at reception were friendly and helpful on arrival"

"كانت إقامة جيدة"

"We had one of the new rooms and it was very nice and clean. We managed to get parking nearby and we had breakfast included and it was very nice and the staff were lovely this time round we will be back"

"I’m a repeat visitor to the Sands Resort as it’s always such a fabulous and welcoming experience. I love that the beach is a short stroll across the road and it’s calm and safe. I was welcomed warmly upon arrival by Tracy who was super helpful. My room was immaculate and I love the Eleven brand shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, hand cream and diffuser as they are of such beautiful quality. My morning coffee and breakfast from the onsite restaurant were delicious and well priced and I love the...

"Always excellent!"

"Great location, walkable, clean, nice staff."

"3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Great views. Close to the bay. Apartment was nice and clean. Had everything we need in the kitchen for a 2 night stay. Had laundry facilities in the room."

"This hotel is not 4 star as claimed. I would rate it 3 star at best (despite what the PR written articles say). This conference venue is only partially renovated and a real rabbit warren to get around. The corridors are sparse and very much dated back to the 80’s. No lifts so be prepared to lift suitcases up flights of stairs. The grounds are not well kept e.g. weeds and the parking areas and entrances from those areas are in poor condition. Anyone on staff ever looked at the condition and...

"Very clean and tidy"

"The room was not clean. Dirty tissues on the couch, crumbs on the couch, floor had dirt and hair on it. No mats for wet feet as you walk up the stairs. It was raining as we got there - no hand out map to find your way."

"Great apartment, clean and comfortable."

"A disaster. 1. Construction going on in hotel, early noise. 2. Room not very clean. 3. Next door room, partying all night. 4. Had to move rooms at 1am, the hotel didn’t remove the party guests. The hotel is dated, obviously that’s why there is construction going on, but overall I can’t recommend this hotel."
