"The room was tidy but dirty"

"An enjoyable stay at Sands Resort Torquay. Comfortable accommodation, lovely green surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. A great base for Torquay and surrounding areas."

"During my two-night stay at Crowne, the hotel was clean when I arrive and the food was satisfactory. However, when I requested water and a room cleaning on the next day , I was charged for the water and the room was not cleaned."

"3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Great views. Close to the bay. Apartment was nice and clean. Had everything we need in the kitchen for a 2 night stay. Had laundry facilities in the room."

"Excellent location. Walk to shops, restaurants and arts precinct. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere in young. Beds and pillows comfy. Had a lovely stay."

"We loved the basic cabin and great location."

"not commenting, thank you"

"The room was not clean. Dirty tissues on the couch, crumbs on the couch, floor had dirt and hair on it. No mats for wet feet as you walk up the stairs. It was raining as we got there - no hand out map to find your way."

"Great"

"Great apartment, clean and comfortable."

"A disaster. 1. Construction going on in hotel, early noise. 2. Room not very clean. 3. Next door room, partying all night. 4. Had to move rooms at 1am, the hotel didn’t remove the party guests. The hotel is dated, obviously that’s why there is construction going on, but overall I can’t recommend this hotel."

"Family friendly ,close to everything, super clean and well maintained"

"A good sized room bed was comfy a bit of road noise"
