"Great central location. Hotel is clean and staff are helpful. The on-site restaurant offers fresh meals and beverages. Would recommend this hotel. It’s great value for money."

"Words can’t describe this beautiful hotel. The staff was hands down some of the best. Jamal went above and beyond. Even the cleaning lady was helpful and so so sweet. Definitely recommend this hotel"

"Staff so great"

"For some reason they gave us a wheel chair room. We enjoyed the added space, but the sink was low and there was a lack of shelves, hangars and table and chairs. The Breakfast was not included and was 15 pd.s each for coffee, yogurt fruit and toast that you made yourself. That's $60 CDN for breakfast. The location was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating."

"Decent location on the river and close to the walkable malls and beautiful old center of the city convenient to the train. Decent for business travelers and good food ordering options in the room. The stairs are really wonky in this hotel so if you have a rolly suitcase that’s really big you have to carry it up and down a couple sets of stairs, despite there being a lift. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great location"

"Very clean, secure, safe. Great location. Good value for money. Local to transport links, buses, trains and taxi's. Would stay there again. 😁"

"Room was kept clean Staff were wonderful and helpful Kitchen was appalling, so didn’t use Didn’t have a car but parking appeared good I had no clue this was a hostel when I booked so was taken a back on arrival. Sadly because of the time of year nothing else was available. I left 2 days early If you’re desperate for somewhere to sleep it’s fine. Shared toilets and showers was not wonderful especially since I was as booked for 2 weeks. I survived"

"冷蔵庫はないですが、それ以外はとてもよかったです"

"A nice hotel in the heart of the city. Staff are excellent as was the food and drink we had. Rooms are spacious and comfy if a bit tired. The car park under the hotel is excellent I would stay here again"

"Good location."

"It was hard to find. My map took me down a dark alley. Once I got there it was fine. I was only there less than 24 hours. The bed was comfortable."

"We enjoyed this beautifully decorated & centrally located hotel. It has a stylish, contemporary vibe with very large rooms and luxury finishes. We had an Explorer room & it was facing the main street. It was very noisy at night, so keep that in mind. The hotel staff was charming! We highly recommend this hotel including the morning breakfast in the rooftop dining room!"
