"Property had some maintenance issues and it wasn't as clean as I had hoped. It seemed like I was staying in a university dormitory room, just had that vibe. Amenities were excellent, however the laundry area was unavailable due to maintenance. A fire door closed which had access to the elevators so we had to roam around the halls, down the stairs until we found a different route. On a plus side, I did notify a few employees and they immediately went to fix the door. Very walkable to a bunch of...

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The food was fantastic, the room was great, and the staff was super accommodating. We ended up making two reservations on back to back night for two different room types, and they let us keep the bags in the room and moved them over for us to the new room so we didn’t need to. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Accessible facilement, personnelles aimable et déjeuner très bien."

"Good central location 5 minutes walk from bus and train stations. Modern, tastefully furnished room with comfortable bed and lovely shower. Helpful reception staff"

"Great price for the quality of place this is. Much better than a Travel Lodge and cheaper!"

"Really good place helpful staff great stay"

"Friendly staff and good breakfast!"

"Great hotel in terms of comfort and location. Only one lift was working, which slowed things down a lot!"

"Enjoyed our stay, v comfortable room however breakfast was a shambles! Due to an event on at Hydro night before everyone appeared about 8.30am onwards, b/fast stopped at 10. Chaos and no tables so shared with a couple who clearly weren’t happy. Queued for 10 mins to get hot drink, then queued another 10 mins for hot breakfast although no eggs, omelettes, beans, mushrooms or hash browns so ate what we got and then rejoined queue to get missing items. No cutlery! So once got 1st buffet breakfast...

"The whole first floor where we stayed smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. There were broken showers, and the showers that weren’t broken had intermittent hot water… you didn’t know if you would have hot water for your shower, and if you did, it would sometimes run out part way through and leave you finishing cold. The bathrooms also regularly had no toilet paper."

"Location is the best & good room"
