"The room itself was clean but the sofa and chairs need a deep cleaning. It’s a basic place which is fine and what we expected so all good with that, but the upholstery was not clean enough and the lights over head very bright with no option on the end table that was bright enough."

"Recent renovation of this property made for a pleasant base for our visit to the Wild. Recommend it for any first time visitores to Tupper Lake."

"We had a wonderful experience at Motel Long Lake & Cottages! Jennifer and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and exceptional service made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly a hidden gem in the Adirondacks. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with people who genuinely care about their guests. We’re already looking forward to returning...

"We had to search out the person to check in. Our room door was wide open and the bed looked disturbed. The room was small and noisy. They couldn't have a fire in the fireplace. They ran out of coffee in the morning and there was no one to talk to about it."

"Hotel staff is good and cooperative. Hotel Manager Sam did provide a great customer service. I would say she is good I can give her 5 star"

"Everything good will recommend"

"Always get what we expect."

"Northern is very comfortable and clean. Nice surprise being presented with a welcome bag with baked goodies. We will be staying longer during our next visit. The owners are very nice."

"Nice place to stay for a quick overnight. Basic amenities but very clean. The owner was very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative I can recall was the walls are thin and I could hear snoring from the room next door but this was manageable. Otherwise, I nice stay on a memorable trip"
