"I only have one recommendation for the hotel. In the lobby, change the ringtone at reception. It is the default tone that immediately breaks the vacation mentality and brings one back to the normal grind of every day life"

"We had a great visit here. The space was very clean and offered a mini fridge well stocked with complimentary drinks. Also, we were able to ask questions regarding hunting the aurora and get tips on where to look for them while also being given the opportunity to receive a wake up call for them at the hotel. We enjoyed the spa and restaurant on sight as well. The owner, Frederik, was very kind and helpful."

"Great location! Only a few restaurants open and close when we arrived later in the evening. Clean and great shower! Bed and pillows not so comfortable though"

"Great place to stay 😃"

"We had no electricity. Every time we would plug something in the fuse would blow and turn off our electricity. It was not an adapter issue because the staff even gave us an adapter to try instead. We had the same problem no matter what. We eventually just gave up & used our power banks to charge our items because we were tired of the back and fourth"

"We had only one night in Iceland due to an overnight layover and we didn't want to stay in close proximity to Keflavik airport. This was the perfect choice. Clean, quite, and I had probably the best fish and chips ever in their cozy restaurant."

"I originally chose this site for the views, but I immediately fell in love with the hotel after my first night. The staff is always helpful with whatever questions I might have, and go above and beyond with keeping the room clean. My only regret was not trying out the restaurant (I always arrived late after exploring different sites during my trip). Each time I made back, the delicious smell still lingered in the air. If you’re looking for a fantastic hotel near by the airport with a wonderful...

"Over all a relaxing stay!"

"This is one of the nicest place I stayed in Iceland. It felt like home… a nice boutique. There are no words to describe this place. It’s an experience. A beautiful one. The location is great, the amenities are so perfect. And I had the pleasure of meeting the owner… SUPERB! I can’t rave enough about this place. Sheer perfection."

"This felt more like hostel than a hotel. There was no one at reception and I tried calling the help number and it wouldn’t work from my personal phone nor the room phone. My back door wouldn’t close so anyone could have come in the middle of the night to our room from the outside, thankfully Iceland is pretty safe which is what helped me sleep. The room had no climate control so I was sweating all night it was hot and felt claustrophobic since there was no airflow. The bathroom smelled like pee....

"Everything was clean and well maintained! Check in was very simple and easy. 10 minutes from the airport- super convenient for early flights. We reserved the room with the bathroom inside. It was worth it! The shared restroom was near the parking. About 100 ft from the rooms. We would stay here again!"

"Solid!"

"Not bad but far out of the way of everything"
