"Staff was super friendly and helpful with any needs as well as keeping the property very well maintained and room cleaned."

"Great location, and some cool styling updates, but still run down. Rooms very small, plumbing old, a/c loud, carpeting in hallways dirty. Balconies only had privacy screen on one side. Room key readers didn’t work 25% of the time. Elevators very slow. Pool pavers chipped, lounging chairs torn. Bikes were rusty. Parking was very full and hard to find a spot. Could have used more staff to supervise rowdy kids at the pool and/or check out pool towels and equipment."

"Hotel was clean and very centrally located, pool and spa were clean and refreshing"

"Loved being right on the ocean front. The property was extremely well maintained. Everyone was very friendly"

"I love staying in this place. It feels like home."

"This was a very nice place. I was actually pleasantly surprised considering the price was more in line with a hotel rather than a resort. I did not realize though, that it is a time share and i was asked to attend a 90 minute presentation which i did not go to. I would stay there again with no hesitation."

"we loved our stay! The staff was very accommodating! If we didn't understand how something worked, for example, putting out the trash, they were very patient with us. Anytime we ask for something, it was given to us right away!"

"Excellent rooms, very nice and spacious"

"I didn’t like “no elevators”. I didn’t like ck in on your own. I didn’t like no cleaners. Ever. No air conditioning. This was not clear in opening up the app."

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"10/10 stay we love hawaii"
