"Clean room and helpful staff"

"We went with one of the smaller rooms in the hotel for 1 night, let me just start off by saying, the hotel staff is so nice, main floor is great and clean, bed room was fairly clean, hallways/ elevators smelled cleaned but looked a bit dirty, definitely a good hotel for 1 person or 2 if the other person doesn't mind seeing you go to the bathroom/ smelling you go to the bathroom, our bathroom/ bedroom was seperated by a glass wall and a sliding glass door that didnt have a complete seal, so let...

"Close to all the sites , restaurants and shopping . Excellent breakfast too"

"The location was excellent and very convenient. The spa is exquisite and extremely relaxing."

"Hotel indigo Bath was a perfect location for walking and exploring. Also the beautiful scenery as you walk in and out of the hotel made it even more relaxing. Staff was very kind. Some fixtures were older and could use an update. The shower head and a connector fell off when used. They do not offer room service with coffee or tea to the room but do have some instant options available to make in the room."

"Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bristol. Room could do with some much better lighting, it was quite dingy. The bed was adequate but not super comfortable. There were some renovations happening on the floor above, accompanied by banging during the daytime. Overall not bad, but would expect it to be a little bit better value for money."

"excellent service, wonderful food, very helpful staff, great location, plenty of parking"

"We spent 10 minutes here - was a surprise for my partner . But we both got a surprise at the disgusting room we was allocated . Still awaiting a refund Pictures tell the story room 118 5 star hotel really ??????"

"Location is great .Next to UPDATED Marine Lake. NOW very popular."

"This hotel is very comfortable, and in a great location for the Quay area, its about 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars. The Cathedral is about 2 minutes in the opposite direction. The hotel is an older building with interesting history, but its very well appointed, clean and the staff are friendly and approachable. A query that I had was soon resolved. There is secure parking under the hotel, which is a great advantage in the centre of a city. It also has a Miller and Carter...

"Très bel hôtel avec du charme et bien entretenu! Le personnel est très gentil. Près de toutes les attractions du centre-ville de Bath. Possibilité de prendre un verre, les drinks sont très bons. Lit confortable. Séjour parfait!"

"Loved the charm of the place"

"Beautiful hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. We only stayed one night for an event we attended and it was close enough to the center."
