"I have to give huge credit to the team at Occidental Hotel Ljubljana for how they handled a tricky situation Due to a personal emergency, I arrived two days later than my original booking, and understandably the hotel had already released my room. Despite this being entirely on my end, two staff members went out of their way to help (regrettably I did not get their names properly) - they made several calls to secure me a room at another hotel for that first night, while ensuring my remaining...

"كانت الاقامة ثلاث ليالي الليله الاولى كانت باطلاله على الحديقه الخلفيه ومن ثم طلبنا الانتقال لغرفة باطلاله على البحيره الاطلاله جدا جميله حيث ان الفندق يقع على مرتفع مما اعطى اطلاله رائعه الفندق جيد والغرف نظيفة لاكن الغرفة المطله على البحيره رائحة الحمام غير جيده لاكن بصفه عامه الفندق جميل والاقامه كانت رائعه"

"Die Zimmer sind runtergekommen. Die Böden dreckig und Wände wie auch das Mobiliar sind kaputt. Lampenschirme fehlen und Parkplätze sind Mangelware. Das Frühstück ist mit 10€ p.P. Vom Preis ok aber was dafür angeboten wird ist Preis Leistung nicht ok. Trockene und harte Brötchen, etwas Wurst, steinharte Eier und matschiges Rührei. Schlechte Tomaten und Trockene Gurken. Morgens wurden wir dann noch vom Feueralarm geweckt. Alles in allem grausam. Zum Glück war es nur eine Nacht."
