"Our stay was flawless. Clean and spacious room that was beautifully furnished and modern. The staff were so friendly and super keen to help make a birthday celebration extra special- excellent communication before and during our stay. Perfect location in the city. Would definitely return here and try other occidental hotels. Very impressed."

"كانت الاقامة ثلاث ليالي الليله الاولى كانت باطلاله على الحديقه الخلفيه ومن ثم طلبنا الانتقال لغرفة باطلاله على البحيره الاطلاله جدا جميله حيث ان الفندق يقع على مرتفع مما اعطى اطلاله رائعه الفندق جيد والغرف نظيفة لاكن الغرفة المطله على البحيره رائحة الحمام غير جيده لاكن بصفه عامه الفندق جميل والاقامه كانت رائعه"

"Overall it was ok but disappointed with the house keeping. They came to clean the room but they don’t clean the table I need to call them back to clean. They took the dirty cups but didn’t replace it and they told me to call the reception to get the clean one which I think it was unbelievable bad. Then empty body wash I need to call them twice to get it took more than an hour. For that reason I would only give 3 stars."

"Stayed for a couple of nights and couldn’t fault the hotel, yes it’s 30 Euros a night for parking but it’s expensive everywhere in Bled. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel views and decor are stunning. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!"
