"Staff so friendly and helpful. Room smells like mold. We were waiting 1h and 7 minutes for an elevator. No entertainment in the hotel."

"Loved everything about this hotel & the staff. Would recommend 10x over!"

"If you want to get away from the busyness of the island, this is the place to be. The ocean view rooms are very calming. Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and very spacious."

"The property was beautiful and we felt safe. The unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. If I would hand anything it would be the shower. Instead of using curtains they should install a shower door. This would help prevent leaks and water from getting onto the floor."

"Decent hotel for a budget trip. Staff is nice. Close to a lot of restaurants and nightlife. Didn’t try the food or drinks there, so not sure. Beware: they do not clean rooms daily, just on “the 8th day”."

"Excellent location and views. Aged property but clean. Needs additional types of beverage choices ( IPA BEER). We were mobile enough to climb several flights of stairs but nothing was mentioned about NO elevators. Others could be very surprised."

"Everything was wonderful, I would stay there again! The staff is amazing- all of them!"

"Probably my 5th or 6th stay, always a great experience. Great location, nice staff, clean. 10/10"

"Everything was great. The pool stays open 24-7. The swim up bartender is a bit slow, but the drinks were good overall."

"The staff was extremely helpful, they helped with a smooth check in and even upgraded my room for no extra charge"

"Beautiful beach front property with everything walking distance"

"The meals at Ocean were phenomenal!"

"Excellent property centrally located near the airport and a short drive to the Philipsburg. Nice and busy area near all the casinos. I've been staying there for some 15 years and stay once or twice a year and will continue to do so. Nice people and nice clean hotel. I always look forward to my stay at Baker Suites!"
