"We arrived only to discover that the room we had booked was too small for us. We were transitting through Singapore on a 2 day stop over so had 5 pieces of luggage along with 2 adults and a 13 year old child. We had to upgrade the room at $60 per night. I guess this was our fault not there's but easily fixed. Room was comfy, TV channels selection was awful. Only 7 channels and even though they advertised in the lobby you could watch the FIFA world cup in your room, none of the channels showed...

"The hotel was okay although it’s starting to feel a bit tired in places and in need of a refresh. Staff were friendly with the exception of the front office staff who when we checked in seemed to be more interested in other matters. Breakfast has a wide ranging choice but it’s just too busy and chaotic."
