"Beautiful views of Dotonbori from the north facing rooms, larger than the typical Japanese hotel, 5 minutes walk away from the downtown area with multiple services and convenience store within the hotel itself"

"Great place to stay a lot around the area and next to the train station"

"the hotel was clean, great view. 7 to 10 minute walk to Osaka Station which has a humongous mall. There's plenty of near by areas to eat and downstairs there's a convenient store that's open 24/7."

"Good location, excellent breakfast and atmosphere"

"The room was very small, with no dedicated space for luggage except on the narrow walkway which leaves no space to walk and you wont be able to open the closet doors as well. There were also no hooks to hang towels or clothes which meant that the wet towels go straight into the bathtub and you have to come out naked after shower to change. Wish there was a main sliding door to bathroom and toilet. Buffet breakfast was largely the same everyday and the food was mostly cold. Location was very...

"Only issue was checking Into the hotel. The line was so long waiting about 40min. Apart from that everything else was great."

"great property, close to 7/11 and public transport but it was a long train trip away from the heart of Osaka"

"One of the best stays I can remember"

"交通方便！"

"This was by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is super nice. My husband and I liked that the shower is detached from the bath tub and perfectly enclosed. We had three luggages that we sent to our next hotel and the transition was very smooth. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was also great. Complimentary coffee was awesome, it is Starbucks with good choices. Would recommend this hotel. When we come back we would definitely stay here...

"The hotel itself is great -- lovely, helpful staff and good amenities. There are many places to eat and/or drink nearby. The central location works well for getting around Osaka, but he neon-lit, perpetually crowded mall surrounding the hotel is not a restful or relaxing experience -- great if you don't mind full on sensory overlload."
